Future 360 League is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every child.

Player safety takes priority over competition.

SafeSport Principles

The League promotes:

  • Inclusion
  • Sportsmanship
  • Positive coaching
  • Zero tolerance for abuse
  • Zero tolerance for bullying
  • Zero tolerance for harassment

Background Checks

The League may require background screening for:

  • Coaches
  • Volunteers
  • Team managers
  • Staff members
  • Individuals with regular access to players

Adult Interaction Standards

Adults should:

  • Avoid one-on-one isolated situations whenever possible.
  • Use appropriate language.
  • Maintain professional boundaries.
  • Follow facility supervision policies.

Bullying & Harassment

Bullying, hazing, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or retaliation will not be tolerated.

Incidents should be reported immediately to league leadership.

Reporting Concerns

Families may report concerns involving:

  • Safety issues
  • Abuse
  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Misconduct
  • Rule violations

Reports should be directed to:

or another designated league safety contact.

Medical Safety

The League will:

  • Maintain emergency action procedures.
  • Have first-aid resources available.
  • Require emergency contact information for every participant.
  • Communicate weather or facility-related safety changes promptly.

Digital Safety

The League will:

  • Protect participant information.
  • Limit access to personal data based on user roles.
  • Use secure authentication.
  • Never sell children's personal information.
  • Require parent authorization for public-facing player profiles.
