Future 360 League is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every child.
Player safety takes priority over competition.
SafeSport Principles
The League promotes:
- Respect
- Inclusion
- Sportsmanship
- Positive coaching
- Zero tolerance for abuse
- Zero tolerance for bullying
- Zero tolerance for harassment
Background Checks
The League may require background screening for:
- Coaches
- Volunteers
- Team managers
- Staff members
- Individuals with regular access to players
Adult Interaction Standards
Adults should:
- Avoid one-on-one isolated situations whenever possible.
- Use appropriate language.
- Maintain professional boundaries.
- Follow facility supervision policies.
Bullying & Harassment
Bullying, hazing, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or retaliation will not be tolerated.
Incidents should be reported immediately to league leadership.
Reporting Concerns
Families may report concerns involving:
- Safety issues
- Abuse
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Misconduct
- Rule violations
Reports should be directed to:
commissioner@future360league.com
or another designated league safety contact.
Medical Safety
The League will:
- Maintain emergency action procedures.
- Have first-aid resources available.
- Require emergency contact information for every participant.
- Communicate weather or facility-related safety changes promptly.
Digital Safety
The League will:
- Protect participant information.
- Limit access to personal data based on user roles.
- Use secure authentication.
- Never sell children's personal information.
- Require parent authorization for public-facing player profiles.
